Asked To See Patient

A guide to being a confident & competent FY1 Doctor

Designed by trainees for trainees. ATSP is a teaching program designed to help the transition from medical student to capable on-call FY1 as seamless as possible.

ATSP is now in its 12th Year and continues to grow from strength to strength; all FY1 Doctors in the North West Deanery have ATSP teaching as part of their Hospital induction. We have branched out into several other deaneries with the aim of improving Junior Doctor competence and confidence, and ultimately patient safety on a national scale.
